课程简介 Course Description | 养生课程主要有健身气功和养生太极拳组成。已经有着数千年历史的健身气功,是一项精神与身体相结合的全面运动,具有深厚的东方体育文化与哲学背景,主要是通过呼吸功法、姿势练习、放松术等来增进人们身、心、群的全面健康,具有身心兼备的健身性,并且适用于所有年龄段与健康状况的全面性与包含有呼吸、姿势及意识的系统性等特点,深受人们喜爱,非常适合大学生学习,并在全球有着越来越广泛的开展。经常进行健身气功练习,可以有效培养人体的灵敏与柔韧等素质,改善运动系统、消化系统、神经系统等,增强身体的感知力,提高情绪的掌控能力。 本课程旨在让学生掌握健身气功的基本知识、技术、技能和科学锻炼身体的方式方法,培养良好的社会心态,并力求在此基础上形成科学的健康观和健康生活方式。 | ||||
Regimen is mainly composed of Health Qigong and Health Taichi. Has a history of thousands of years, Health Qigong is a comprehensive sports combined spirit and body. With profound oriental sports culture and philosophic background, Health Qigong issued to improve overall health of body and mind throughthe way of breathing exercises, asanaand meditation, etc.. It is well known thatHealth Qigong is loved by different people and is quiet fit for college students to practice as well as getting more and more global popular as its amazing characters such as physical and mental fitness, overall good for all ages and health status and has an organic system of breathing exercises, asanaand consciousness. Regular Health Qigongpractice can effectively cultivate the body's sensitive and flexible quality, improve motion/motor system, digestive system, nervous system and enhance the physical perception as well as improve the ability to control emotions. This course is tend to help students to master the basic knowledge, techniques and skills of Health Qigong and scientific method of exercise, and then cultivate their social mentality, on the base of which could create sort of possibility to pursuit or form a scientific concept of health and healthy life style. |
