课程简介 Course Description | 健美操是伴随着人类文明的发展而兴起的一项新兴的体育运动。它起源于传统的有氧健身操,以有氧运动为基础,以健、力、美为特征,融体操、音乐、舞蹈、芭蕾为一体,深受学生们的喜爱。本课程除了具有一般体育运动共有的锻炼身体、增强体质、增进健康的作用外,对改善人的体形体态、提高韵律、审美能力及身体协调性有着特殊的作用。通过本课程的学习,旨在培养学生掌握健美操运动的基本知识、技术、技能,掌握科学锻炼身体的方式、方法,接受终身体育思想,形成终身锻炼身体的习惯;提高运动技术技能、审美能力及培养良好的体育道德和合作精神、正确处理竞争与合作的关系,培养创编能力、团队精神和集体荣誉感等方面会起到重要作用。 | ||||
Aerobics is an emerging type of sport that is rising along with the development of human civilization. It is now quite popular with students as it stems from the traditional aerobics, and is not only characterized by health, strength and beauty, but also a combination of gymnastics, music, dance and ballet. The goal of this course includes stimulating more involvement in physical exercise and enhancing physical fitness, and more importantly aims to improve body shape, sense of rhythm, aesthetic judgement, as well as body parts coordination. This course helps students to master the basic knowledge, technique and skills of aerobics, and to obtain the scientific methods of physical exercise. The students are expected to form the lifelong fitness ideology and daily routine of physical exercise. Moreover, it will play an important role in improving sports technique and skills, aesthetic ability, cultivating good sportsmanship and the spirit of cooperation, balancing the relationship between competition and cooperation,as well as developing creativity, team spirit and the sense of group honor. |
